Use of the Services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.
Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable agreement between Customer and SDU eScience (https://legal.cloud.sdu.dk).
Customer and Customer End Users agree not to, and not to allow third parties to use the Services:
to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others (for example, this may include allowing Customer End Users to infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others in violation of applicable laws);
to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity;
for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose (for example, this may include phishing, creating a pyramid scheme or mirroring a website);
to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;
to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services;
to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisings or other solicitations (“spam”);
to use the Services, or any interfaces provided with the Services, to access any other SDU eScience product or service in a manner that violates the terms of service of such other SDU eScience product or service;
to develop, train, or operate an artificial intelligence system for any practice prohibited by Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), including social scoring, untargeted scraping of facial images to build facial recognition databases, emotion inference in the workplace or in education, and biometric categorization to infer sensitive attributes;
to circumvent, disable, degrade or defeat a safety mitigation, content filter or refusal behaviour built into, or applied to, a model made available through the Services, or to use output from the Services to develop or train a model for that purpose;
to re-identify, or attempt to re-identify, a natural person from data made available to Customer in anonymized or pseudonymized form; or
to process the Danish civil registration number (CPR-nummer) other than in accordance with § 11 of Databeskyttelsesloven, or to publish or otherwise disclose a CPR-nummer.
