SDU eScience Subprocessors

Version 1.6

Last modified: 9 September 2026

Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable agreement between Customer and SDU eScience.

This page is the list of Subprocessors referred to in Section 11.2 (Information about Subprocessors) of the Data Processing and Security Terms.

Current Subprocessors

SDU eScience engages no Subprocessors.

All processing of Customer Personal Data under the Data Processing and Security Terms is carried out by SDU eScience itself, on its own infrastructure, at its data centers in Denmark. No third party is authorized as another processor to have logical access to or process Customer Data in order to provide any part of the Services or TSS.

Changes to this List

If SDU eScience engages a Subprocessor in future, SDU eScience will update this page before that Subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data, and will state the Subprocessor’s name, the processing it carries out, and the location of that processing.

Customer’s right to object to the engagement of a new Subprocessor is set out in Section 11.4 (Opportunity to Object to Subprocessor Changes) of the Data Processing and Security Terms. Section 11.3 (Requirements for Subprocessor Engagement) sets out the obligations SDU eScience must impose on any Subprocessor it engages, and confirms that SDU eScience remains fully liable for the acts and omissions of any Subprocessor.

Network Connectivity

Network connectivity between Customer and the Services is provided by the Danish Research Network, Forskningsnettet, as described in the Service Specific Terms. Forskningsnettet provides network transit only. It is not authorized to access or process Customer Data and is not a Subprocessor for the purposes of the Data Processing and Security Terms.
